Because Pty Ltd is a consulting company that specialises in employee engagement and retention. We developed the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile (iREAP™) - an employee engagement software tool - so that people, coaches and organisations can reap the rewards of engagement:
Our other services include the provision of employee motivation, career enrichment training and coaching programs. Products also include research and design of diagnostic tools to measure and improve individual and organisational engagement levels.
About Pamela Frost – Director and Founder of Because Pty Ltd
Pamela Frost is the developer and creator of the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile (iREAP™) – a tool which explores alignment of an employee’s motivations as they fit their role, their engagement within the organisation, and the risk / opportunities for current engagement.
Pamela is also currently working on research into the concepts of role engagement life cycles and generational differences.
Background:
Pamela is an Organisational Development Consultant with over 20 years experience in providing broad-based consulting support, training and coaching in the areas of top talent development and management, employee engagement, career enrichment, succession planning and retention / engagement of mature age workers.
Pamela has previously worked for BIOSS Consulting, Right Management, Telstra and The University of Wollongong.
