The Summary Report answers critical engagement questions:

 

  • What are the most fulfilling and most dissatisfying work aspects in the individual’s current role?
  • How engaged are they with their current organisation?
  • What are the engagement risks and opportunities in their current situation?
  • Which practical development actions can be implemented to increase or sustain engagement levels?

  • A qualitative report on what each of these mean for the individual.
  • A comprehensive breakdown of satisfaction and dissatisfaction for all 49 motivating work aspects, not just the most and least satisfying.

This is a report designed for managers or coaches to have a structured framework of suggested coaching questions derived from the individuals specific results.

 

The report will reveal information such as:

  • the individual's level of engagement and motivational alignment in role 
  • recommended coaching strategies and questions to increase or sustain engagement

The iREAP™ Team / Group Report shows team scores against each of the iREAP™ Seven Motivational Blades, it also provides:

 

  • The demographic profile of the group.
  • A comprehensive breakdown of averaged satisfaction and dissatisfaction for all 49 motivating work aspects for the whole team, not just the most and least satisfying.
  • The overall level of engagement for the whole team.
  • How each member of the team sits in the engagement risk and opportunity matrix (in some cases individual informed consent must be provided).
  • A qualitative report written by the consultant analysing the iREAP results, identifying specific risks and opportunities for the team and outlining strategies and recommendations.

 

5. Talent Risk Mitigation Reports
